Company
ThatPond is a place to let work settle
We are an information-technology company in Songjiang, Shanghai, founded in 2023. The name is meant literally: a pond where work can be clarified and held, not a burst of noise that leaves nothing behind.

What we do
Software is the core: turning business processes into running systems—web applications, internal platforms, integrations, and consulting. We prefer small, explicit deliveries over a scope larger than we can stand behind.
We also assist with intellectual-property matters: software copyright, patents, and trademarks. Development and protection work best in parallel, not as a chase after the project ends.
The registered name is 上海那片池塘信息科技有限责任公司, English name Shanghai That Pond Info-Tech Co. LTD, brand ThatPond.

Three things we keep
Practical
Judge us by work you can accept. If a smaller step can ship, we do not start with an unbuildable map.
Explicit
Needs, interfaces, owners, and dates should be written down. Vague promises become rework.
Durable
Systems should be handoff-ready, documents readable, and filings prepared early enough to matter.
Business scope (summary)
General items include technology services, development, consulting, exchange, transfer, and promotion; IT consulting; network technology services; system integration; data processing; digital technology services; and software development.
